The transformer oil enters the system through a primary filter to remove large particles, then flows into the heater for controlled heating. Once heated, the oil passes through a secondary filter and is sprayed into the vacuum chamber via a spiral atomization device, forming a fine oil mist. This mist creates a multi-layered evaporation surface within the vacuum chamber, allowing for efficient separation of moisture and gases.
Inside the vacuum tank, the oil undergoes a thorough process of dehydration, degassing, acid removal, and fine filtration. The treated oil is then collected and discharged by the oil pump through a final precision filter, completing the purification cycle.
Meanwhile, the vaporized water and gases extracted from the oil are directed into a condenser. Most of the steam is condensed into water and collected in a storage tank, while residual gases are cooled and discharged by the vacuum pump.
